Application Guide

Surface Preparation
Remove oil, dust, rust and loose matter; the substrate should be clean, dry and sound.

Stir
Stir the coating thoroughly before use to ensure uniformity.

Dilution
Dilute with clean water if needed, typically 5 – 10%, according to application method and on-site conditions.

Application
Apply by spray, dip or roller. Keep the coating uniform and avoid missed areas.

Drying
Surface dry in 30 – 60 minutes; hard dry in 6 – 8 hours (at 25 °C, 50% RH).
